Terms & Conditions
By engaging my podcast editing services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Episode Length & Pricing - pricing is based on the final edited episode length. The standard editing fee applies to episodes of up to 45 minutes. Episodes longer than this may incur an additional charge, which can be discussed and agreed in advance.
2. What’s Included - standard editing includes removal of long pauses, obvious mistakes and filler words where appropriate; audio levelling and basic sound enhancement; assembly of intro/outro where provided. Any additional requests (such as extensive re-edits, content restructuring or show notes) may be charged separately.
3. Payment Terms - invoices are issued once details are confirmed. Payment is required in line with the invoice terms and prior to final delivery unless otherwise agreed.
4. Revisions - one round of minor revisions is included. Additional revision requests or changes beyond the original brief may be subject to an extra charge.
5. Turnaround Time - turnaround times will be agreed in advance and begin once audio files and all required materials are received. Delays in providing files may impact delivery times.
6. Client Responsibility - you are responsible for providing clear, usable audio files and confirming episode details before editing begins. While every effort is made to enhance audio quality, poor recordings may limit final results.
7. File Storage - edited files will be stored for a limited time after delivery. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their files.
8. Liability - I am not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms, recording software, or hosting services.
